Our family has a well at our house. They noticed the sprinkler system was not responding and figured out they needed Dixie to come out for service, in order to fix issue. First of all, when called, the lady was not friendly or helpful. She said there was no one available to come check until 7-10 days later. This would have been the 4th time they would have had to come work on the well since it was installed 3 years ago. Our family then called Beck Well Drilling. A guy was there within the hour. after working on the well for 3 hours, he discovered there was a valve missing that was never installed
