In 2011, Kevin Jardine and Kevin Malaska completed an adaptive re-use remodel and restoration of the 14 story First Security Bank Building at 100 S. Main Street in Downtown Salt Lake City as part of the City Creek Development.
Following the completion of the First Security Bank project, Jardine and Malaska combined their collective 60 plus years of industry experience and expertise to create JMCS, a commercial construction company focused on quality, industry excellence, and professionalism.For roughly a decade JMCS has grown in size and capabilities and has successfully executed projects for clients across Northern Utah.
