Leon's Welding & Fabrication, LLC is a family business, owned and operated by Leon and Melinda Pfannenstiel. Leon's is a small manufacturing/job shop employing fifteen employees. Leon has been welding and designing metal projects for over 30 years. Leon is a pipeline welder and carries an API 1104 certification and is certified with a number of oil and gas companies.
He also spends much of his time working with clients going over their blueprints and/or designing their projects. Along with managing the company, Leon also works in the shop overseeing his employees on their projects as well as construction of his own projects.

Services
Custom built projects are our specialty. From the start in designing the project, to the high gloss, durable powder coated finish, we can do it all! Leon's is also a job shop! We will take care of the miscellaneous repairs ranging from small household brackets to modifications on a John Deere tractor.

I've been a resident in Kansas a very short time. I have been extremely disappointed by most private businesses across the western part of the state.

I went in for a small project, that i thought wouldn't even be worth their time. However, not only did they do the two cuts I needed in less than a minute on my rib rack for my treager grill, but they made me feel like a valued customer right as soon as i walked in the door. Their kindness and customer service is what led to a couple more purchases today.

I recently had my bumpers powder coated at Leon's. They were powder coated when I bought them, but it was an inferior job and they were showing some rust spots. I needed them fixed before they became an unsightly mess.
Rob Kramer went out of his way to get them fixed. He did an excellent job and they look great. I really feel he went the extra mile doing this job. Maybe it's how he does everything, but he deserves my humble thanks and praise for a job (much better than) well done. If I ever have anything that needs done, and Leon's does it, you'll get my business again. He
