Great shop. They know their stuff and are great to work with, especially when dealing with repairs or upgrades to your ride. If shopping new bikes, they don't follow you around when you walk in, which I like, but someone is always there for you to answer any questions and to help you find the right bike.

All I can say is WOW!!! These guys rock! I brought my Marin bike in for a quick repair on Labor Day weekend and they knocked it out immediately to get me on the road quickly.
The entire staff is incredibly friendly and willing to share their expert knowledge about bikes and even the local area for best places to ride (I’m front out of town).
Even the person that was on his lunch break provided me with excellent advice on a private seller bike that I’m looking at. He didn’t try to dissuade me from purchasing, just provided great advice. This kind of honesty makes me want to buy a bike from

Walked in and asked shortly after entering if we needed help which was awesome!! Then informed we had our eyes on a specific used bike we came in for brought a truck and went out of our way to make sure we could buy TODAY!! when asked about test riding said yes but realized the tires were rubbing on fender so could not test ride? They kind of didnt seem to care. We Waited a few awkward seconds to minutes to see if anyone would you know offer to fix real quick to test ride so we could BUY it and got no response older gentlemen stayed on computer and younger gentlemen completely walked away. I did not have a bike - but had a jogging stroller in need of new wheels and tubes. This store was extremely friendly (even though they were busy) and very helpful in getting me back in action. Very kind to a non-biker! I was impressed with how they greeted and interacted so politely with everyone in their shop. They prices for the repair were also extremely reasonable. I truly appreciate their helping me out in this regard. I am taking my grand daughter there soon to pick out a new bike. Highly recommend.

Talk about customer service, friendliness and promptness. This place does it all. Was told to wait three weeks for a bunch of fake charges totaling $350 at David’s cycle world down the street. I took my bike back from David’s cycle world when it wasn’t done on its due date. Took it back from the scam artists at David’s cycle world and brought it to the bike shop. These guys were super knowledgeable and friendly! Fixed my bike right then and there! The bike shop won a customer for life! Thanks Jack!

Just bought my first new bike in years, The Specialized Roll. Thanks to Rob's great service and expertise he directed me to the perfect bike for me. Made sure it was adjusted perfectly and have been enjoying ever since. Even though I am just a casual cyclist, the staff, especially Rob, was still very helpful and wanted to make sure I was happy.
