After 17 years of working for a company that was locally owned and operated where you get personal, professional service and then work for the company who purchased them, which is owned and operated outside of the United States, it was quickly realized customer service levels were not important to them.
Our highly trained, Sika certified installers use the highest quality urethane. Your windshield is secured to the body of your car by specially formulated glass adhesives that have been tested and approved to meet all applicable FMVSS requirements. Since your windshield is a safety device, your car cannot be driven safely until the adhesive has had enough time to cure.
If your windshield has a minor chip or small crack, chances are it can be repaired easily in less time than it takes to do a full replacement. The technician will inject a resin into the damage that will fill in the tiny cracks or chips. The resin, will act as a bonding agent, will prevent the cracks from spreading and will help to keep the integrity of the windshield intact.
Your windshield has been repaired by filling the broken area with resin. The resin bonds the glass together, stopping further damage from occurring. However, the repaired area does not disappear. There is a slight scar and is less noticeable. In some cases, the attempt to repair a windshield can result in the chip or crack becoming larger, and we are not responsible for that.

Great experience at Big Crack Auto Glass!!
While driving on the highway, a rock shattered the passenger side of our windshield. First we called a well known, nationally advertised company and thought we were calling one of the local facilities (was a local phone number) but call was routed to an out of state call center. We were told no appointments in our area until the middle of the next week.

This is a fantastic company!! They treated my finance very very well!! Side window broke and needed replaced. Company was able to get me in quickly and work was completed earlier than expected. Unfortunately due to aftermarket products I had an issue with the window shortly after. Company was able to get me in at a convenient time and worked to rectify the situation for me right while I waited. Less than 1 hr in and out. Office was pleasantly decorated which you don't often see with very comfortable seating (big plus if you are waiting). Really made it feel like home. I only keep liability on my cars, so when a rock hit my windshield I was forced to pay out of pocket. I contacted Safelite however the quote was too much. So I decided look for other options. I came across a Big Crack by doing a Google search. I called and let them know the make and model of my car and they gave me a quote right over the phone. The price quote was half the cost of Safelite. I scheduled the appointment, they came to my work and replaced the windshield. I was very happy with the service and got the same quality of work for half the price.

Our windshield had a crack going straight up and down the whole length of the windshield. We called in the morning and by that afternoon our windshield was replaced and we were good to go. Shannon and Cindy were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone that needs windshield repair to support this small business over the big corporate businesses any day! I was incredibly impress and very happy with my experience at Big Crack. They were flexible enough to work around my schedule where other places were not. They worked extremely fast and replaced my windshield in half the time another place required. They are cheaper than Safelite. And more than anything, the customer service was outstanding. Their kindness was evident from the time I walked in, and their hospitality the entire time I waited was great. If I ever need my windshield replaced again I will certainly come back here.

Big Crack Auto Glass has absolutely fantastic customer service both during service work and after service follow-up. After they replaced my windshield recently, I thought I might have had a leak coming in the passenger side. I brought my car into their shop where Shannon (the owner) sprayed windshield foaming glass cleaner around the entire windshield and performed a compressed-air and water-spray test to check to see if there were any leaks.
