They herassed me about a repair that I didn’t have before my car went to them. When tow truck company offered to fix they went ahead and fixed at a higher rate and held my car for 2 weeks. I paid for the repair that my car was there for and the repair I didn’t authorize the first called my relative and then withdrew from my act without my permission.

They are not professional! I asked if they could fix my car and what was happening with it, they said yes! Someone referred them to me! Had my car towed there on 12/18! They gave me an estimate to fix car! They spoke to my husband a couple of days later and asked for permission to look further! They were to call him back in a couple days! We never received a call and no answer when we called! Finally on 12/30 someone answers the phone and said they were away for holidays! Bottom line this went on until 1/24! They didn't want to release my car!

Truly this shop has been a life saver for my family. They are friendly, honest, and do great work. We have 5 vehicles and if anything goes wrong we bring it right here. My neighbor and bestfriend now come here for any repairs or routine maintenance as well.
When something goes wrong with your vehicle it is stressful. They calm your worries. They are very trustworthy and straight shooters. I have never had to return with any issues with any work that they have done. The pricing is reasonable. I truly appreciate them and so happy they exist. Thank you for all you do.

God lead me to this place of Business today through prayer. Though they were not open to work on my vehicle but in turn gave me some good information and made me feel at ease after the unpleasantness my day had started with. I will be entrusting my vehicle and time with them. Always pray for guidance before committing yourself to anything.....Prayers work

My son's car broke down in Raleigh late Sunday afternoon and Ace Towing (which I highly recommend also) took us to Auto Show which of course was closed. We returned Monday morning to initiate repairs. Kim is a sweetheart and did all she could to expedite matters. Repair was completed Monday afternoon and at a reasonable cost. Wish I lived closer so I could have all my auto work done here!

Had my car towed from the dealership to Auto Show & it was fixed within one day! I spoke with Kim, she was very nice, attentive & took the time to listen to my concerns & give me quotes over the phone. I was followed back up with Chris & Becky about my car. Arrived to pick up my car the next day & saved over $1200.00 versus what the dealership would have charged! They even offered a payment plan if I couldn’t pay the full balance (never heard of that before)! Very nice people, my car is riding good & I’m very happy with the service that was provided to me, I’ll definitely be going back!

I will never ever take my car there again .... that man John is a white racist... he takes advantage of people who are down on there luck by letting you make payments but double the price. He talks down to his employees and curses them out in front of customers. It's the most unprofessional business I have ever seen. I had to call the cops there once and was told they have to come there all the time because how he treat his customer. I had to stoop to his level and tell him off and he told the cops that I use fowl language in front of those white women. I'm a black female and it was black

Don't take your car to these people I have contacted my lawyer. Car went to shop running. They tell me my engine was going bad after they so call fixed truck. Take the car back because it was still leaking oil. Then they tell me oil pan gasket. I spent over $2000. Then they say engine is bad and I have to get towed. I paid the remaining balance on truck over a few weeks they tell be to get by today or they will charge a fee for leaving which is understandable. I get tow truck to pickup from shop to bring to home. I get home today no oil pan on my truck. Muffler hanging on ground. What type of mess

I'd had my car services with these people before, and initially, things were good, until I needed my a/c compressor fixed. I'd gotten three opinions prior to deciding to go with them for the actual job, just to be sure. Meineke wanted $1,100 another shop wanted roughly $625ish and these guys wanted $613, which I thought was reasonable. I paid them once the compressor was fixed, and long story short, I had to go back five times in the same month to figure out why the a/c wasn't working, mind you, I don't have a second car, which meant I had to pay other people to take me back
