Obtaining my Real Estate Salesperson license in 2000 and earning the Associate Broker certification in 2005. Janice was very professional and responsive during our entire experience. We interviewed 4 realtors and chose Janice because she did her homework and pointed out a few things that all others missed. She came in with a higher price and reasons supporting why she thought we could get it. We got 100k over what 1 realtor suggested because they were lazy and didn't want to work for it. Karlesa was incredibly helpful. Being a first time home buyer, I don't have a lot of knowledge of the process. She was patient with me and took the time to explain and answer all my questions.
