Chris's cooling is one of the few view HVAC service service places that seem to understand our fancy communicating system. We have had a few difficulties over the Years and Chris's cooling was the only establishment that had any clue of how to repair the system other than the company that installed it.

This company was chosen for us via our home warranty. About 3 years ago our A/C unit went out and this company was chosen and replaced our entire unit. 3 years later on July 2 our compressor went out. Again going through our home warranty - Chris's Cooling was assigned. Home warranty was covering labor, but he was going to charge us for the compressor itself until I reminded him that he replaced our unit 3 years ago and it was still under manufacturer warranty (5 years) he then removed the charge for the compressor, but we were still charged $740. We were displaced from our home for 2

Chris is not a professional person. He took advantage of a customer when charging repairs. When I asked him how he can charge 4 times what the repair was worth he said "He can charge that because he wantes to". His business is crooked .

So polite and great customer service. We had a clogged pipe in our AC, and they redid the whole pipe because the old one was too curvy. It also had some wear and tear. He was also very prompt on our appointment time.

We had Chris come out to repair our air conditioning right after we had moved into our house in early May, 2018. We had a home warranty on our new home so we used it to have the a\c repaired. He came with another employee and they worked on it and soon it seemed to cool, needing freon to be added to it, they said. While he was at our house, he talked me into buying a service contract for $140 that was supposed to be good for 3 visits from his company, two seasonal check-ups and one service call that we could use anytime. We decided to accept this and I gave him an additional $140 to for this
