I have a history of low back pain and some sciatic issues but recently over a weekend I experienced the worst pain of my life with a bulged disc and sciatica. I was a 10 on the pain scale. Icing my back, using icy hot, taking ibuprofen, nor any position I sat or laid in brought me any relief. By the time Monday morning came around I couldn’t walk upright without some assistance. I couldn’t even lay flat on the adjustment table. Within the first 24 hours of my adjustment, I had some pain relief, reduced to about a 5 on the pain scale. 72 hours from my first adjustment I was a able to walk regularly

Dr. Justin Ard is an amazing chiropractor! I am picky about who I have as my chiropractor because I grew up with my father being my chiropractor. I drive about an hour to see him because I know he will help relieve my pain. He remembers exactly how I like to be adjusted and my typical issues even after not seeing him for over a year when I lived too far away to still see him. 2nd appointment today for xray review and plan...awesome experience just like my first one was!! I've been 100's of chiropractors and so far nobody has been able to help me!! Exodus has recently added Spinal Decompression Therapy 😃. I have this smile on my face because I experienced Spinal Decompression Therapy 2 times. Not only does it feel soooooo good but I can tell a difference in how my back feels and a decrease of pain after only 2 Therapy sessions!! This means I can stand and walk with less pain and for me that is life changing! The Dr’s at Exodus Health Center are the best!
