OK, I wasn't going to give this company a review, thought ok maistakes happen. But getting a form letter thanking me for allowing the company to deliver in home care for me has me angry.
The company was to provide services after my surgery. Had met with everyone. Days were set up, etc. On the first day of service I waited for my person assigned to me to show up. Had things that needed done, etc. Well, I waited ! Finally had to call the office to see if the person was running late. The reply was that the person was ill and not working that day. I asked if I should have been contacted. The assistant
