I can't recommend Romney enough. Of course I have plenty of closer Yamaha dealers, but I drive over 2 hours for Romney Cycles to service my bike. That means renting a trailer, twice. What does that tell you? This is infrequent, valve checks only basically, as I do all other service myself. I also purchased a new Yamaha from Romney. Could not have asked for a better experience. From pre-order inquiry call to pickup...John was great. Jacob in Finance was also top notch. No funny stuff from anyone. Very knowledgeable about the bikes that interest me (Yamaha's adventure and hyper-naked lines). My local

Professionalism all the way around at Romney Cycles. George Taylor is an excellent, no pressure salesman who takes the time to make sure the whole experience is as painless as possible. Once the sale was complete and we got a chance to ride, we had an unfortunate mechanical issue and George and company made sure things were handled in a super timely and professional manner with 100% satisfaction on our end.

I went with a friend to buy a Quad from Romney Cycles. I was really surprised at how large the dealership is. The show room floor area is huge. The sale went off without a hitch. Is the dealer did not try any hijinks like like some dealers do. The quad Was ready to go when we arrived and we only had to complete the paperwork. Is impressive dealership and overall a very positive experience.

Romney Cycles does it right. Employees are customer focused, and they are managing the current shortages very well. Owners have a compass that keeps them grounded.
I have been a customer since 1987. I just shopped around for a new mule. I checked all across the East Coast, and I bought it from Romney. Save yourself some time, and start in Romney first.
I recently ran out of fuel near their shop, so I walked to their showroom. They bent over backwards to help get us back on the road. Great people to work with!

Ordered a starter for my Suzuki kingquad. First called and said they sent the wrong starter. Then second call they said they had the right starter. Picked it up and it was a 14.00 dollar after market starter for a cam-am hot wire was located in top instead of on the end. Cost me 117.00 dollars. I could have bought the starter and solenoid kit for 14.00. I could have bought a Suzuki starter for 109.00 dollars

Romney Cycle is awesome and you should go there if you are looking for a bike or atv. Seriously, the experience was great from start to finish. Our sales rep John Clark was kind, informative, and not pushy in any way. We walked in just looking around and left with two machines at an incredible price. The staff even treated us fairly on our trade, which other dealers are known for being difficult about. If you're in the market, stop wasting your time shopping all over town and come visit Romney Cycle first - they'll make sure that this is where you want to buy your next

I had a great experience with Romney cycles. I was there to buy my first motorcycle, and Jacob helped me find the perfect bike for my first ride! He took his time explaining everything in detail so that I was comfortable and confident enough to purchase it on my own. The staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. When I bought my motorcycle, I took the time to research many dealerships before making a decision. One dealership that stood out to me was Romney Cycles for their below MSRP prices and excellent customer service. Spencer deserves kudos as he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got the bike at an unbeatable price with warranties included. My ATV purchase came with additional discounts and perks like free installation of accessories, motor oil change, battery check-ups, + more! That's not all. They also had some cool gear that you can't get anywhere else that I have seen.

AMAZING....sales staff was top notch. Not pushy at all. Spencer was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. I knew what I was looking for, but Spencer really cemented it in my head. Finance staff was great as well. Dealership was "warm" and inviting, not gaudy like many others. I drove almost 4 hours and passed at least 8 other dealers just to come here. So glad I did. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Just wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Haggled the price of a motorcycle to a price the salesman and I both agreed on. Went to the finance department and after waiting 30 minutes was told that my finance options were either 18.99% or 13.99%. I'm 43 years old, never made a late payment in my life and my credit score is in the 700's. Never had a loan above 4%. Bunch of shyster's in there trying to screw you.
Best part is I came home today and found a Yamaha credit card in my mail. Never asked for it or applied for it. So their finance dept. decided to use my personal info to apply for a credit card without asking my permission

I live in Northern VA and found online that they have the best available prices on new Suzukis...contacted them and got a response immediately. ( where as my local dealership didn't even bother to respond to multiple phone calls and emails)
They don't have any junk fees like the dealerships around here do. Went down there, purchased the bike, and had it delivered to me in just a few days. You guys are true professionals ( sales as well as parts department) and you have won another customer for life! Thank you Romney Cycles! I will

This place is awesome. Today we visited Romney Cycle making the drive from Harford County, MD. We bought a Kawasaki Brute Force ATV and some accessories. We made the drive (3.5 hours) and saved 2k on the ATV. George, our salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and professional as were the all other employees we interacted with.
Let me tell you....I have never seen such a large select of inventory, ATV's, Motorcycles and accessories under one roof. The store is spotless, extremely well organized, and brightly lit.
Well worth the drive and we will be sure to visit and make any future
