Pooltastic customer service is at the GOLD STANDARD of service. The showed up at the time stated. Explained what was to be done, gave a good estimate (the actual cost was a little less), completed repairs accurately and kept telling me to call if I have any questions or concerns. Pooltastic offers great service! They provide detailed reports each time they do pool service. They are prompt, thorough and take excellent care of my pool. Stephanie is wonderful and very responsive. Eric, our pool tech does a great job! I highly recommend their service. They are the best in town!!!
