To be honest, I can't comment on the work they do, just their customer service. Twice now they've promised to come and look at a job we need done and twice they've totally no-showed us. This last time, we visited their booth at a Home and Garden show on Saturday and they promised to be at our house at 10am Monday, TWO DAYS LATER. My husband happened to have the day off, so that was going to work and he set it up at 10 as he had several other commitments. Once again they didn't show up. Didn't call. Very frustrating to say the least. I work in a service industry and my company would never treat
