Pleasantly surprised... First time getting my car detailed, so that being said. FR Auto Detail did an Excellent job. I had a mouse intrude my car, so after I removed it, I couldn't feel complete til I had the car cleaned... FR was easy to set up the time, came out to my residence and completely detailed the inside of my car... I highly recommend their service, and found them to be quite reasonable... AAA+++

I tried several times to schedule an appointment for a detail with a voucher from Amazon Local. The number given is out of service, and after finally finding one online, there has been no response. Amazon says they are currently investigating this company after numerous complaints. Luckily I had my money refunded. Do yourself a favor, save your money and avoid this company.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - WASTE OF MONEY
I had scheduled an appointment for the "ultimate" detail via email for May 16th. I had received no confirmation and called and emailed multiple times that week, with no response. I had assumed they weren't coming and made plans for that day. That Friday night, I got an email LATE saying they will be here to detail my car that morning at 8AM. The next morning around 9AM, no one had showed up. Since I had already made plans it wasn't that big of a deal and I was going to continue on with my day, then I checked my email. I bought a mobile detail thru Amazon Local, and made an appointment which was easy. But they never told me the time of the appointment, only the day. Getting in touch wasn't easy--the owner personally responds to emails, and I'm sure he's got a lot of other stuff to do. Their voicemail box is always full, and you can't leave a message.

I had to laugh at the previous reviews for two reasons. One, I can't believe this company ever got more than one star, and two, my story is practically identical to the worst reviews.
Let's see, where to start. Bought two mobile detailing coupons from the Amazon Local deal, sometime in the winter. I call to schedule for the end of February. Voicemail is full. FOR THREE DAYS. Finally, I get through to the guy. Unfortunately, and this is forgivable, they can't do mobile detailing if the weather is below 40 degrees. Ok, we decide to wait until warmer weather because our other option

I am not easily impressed but these guys did an outstanding job. Found them by a local Amazon deal for an Ultimate Detail. This place is not fancy, basically an over sized metal prefab garage. They are quite professional and take pride in their work. Dropped the car off filthy dirty covered with road salt. Interior had some carpet & seat stains. Four hours later they called and said it was ready. Not expecting great results I was astonished how good it looked. The paint looked showroom new with a deep wet gloss finish. I bought a coupon for Mobile Detailing from Amazon Local. I scheduled the appointment and got a confirmation. However, they were a NO SHOW and didn't have the courtesy to call. Not very professional. When I called them, first they said it was too cold (still should have called). Then they said I wasn't scheduled. Then they said I was scheduled but I was scheduled for the shop and not for mobile. So they story was changed 3 times in 3 minutes. Again, NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!! I am very disappointed and I hope the owner sees my review.

Just used an Amazon Local deal for the "Ultimate Detail" package -- pretty impressed with how the car looked afterwards! Upholstery was stain free and the floors looked almost brand new. The car also smelled great afterwards. One small thing: they could have gotten in between the center console and the front seats a little better, but otherwise, no complaints. The staff was also very courteous and timely -- I would definitely take my car there again.

I have used FR Auto Detail on two occasions and I keep going back! They are spectacular. I found them through a Groupon and was completely unsure what to expect. The owner is very nice and professional. He and his team do an excellent job. I highly recommend taking your car in yearly it not every 6 months. I will continue to go back. Third visit will be in a few weeks!

The Shop is located in a building behind a residence, but that does not bother me, it's a detail shop not a fine dining restaurant :) It's just off Rt 309 near the Sunoco and Line Lexington Post Office on Hilltown Pike.
My Large 8 passenger SUV was scrubbed clean, and shinny as new in just over 2 hours. They ran around like ants making sure I got it well & fast since I waited for my vehicle. Thanks guys.
