We are a road association, a small private community up in Alta. We needed to repair our 16-year-old privacy gate and keypad. Our keypad had been vandalized and a lot of our mechanics on the gate had worn out. We got quotes from various contractors, but Shane Dalton, owner of Rolling Garage Doors & Gates, Inc. came in with the lowest bid and was our best value. Shane and his crew showed up to work every day for over a week putting in new posts, hinges, wiring and sensors along with a new controller and an updated high-tech soft touch keypad that works off cell. Called them about a new gate system at our new home. Shane said to send photos of what we had after he informed us he wouldn't be able to do anything for three weeks. After taking the time to text a series of photos of our old gate and system. He texted "We are specialists in high end gates. I'm not going to be your guy."
No Shane you not going to be our guy. We wanted a new, high-end, custom gate and got treated like this? Can't believe he judged us by our old gate. Going to spend my $$$ somewhere else.

Had Shane do a planned maintenance on my two garage doors....he pointed out several things to do to add longevity and trouble free operation. What a huge difference! Shane has done several Garage Doors on rental houses and on my own home over the past few years. Always in a great and timely manner . He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work . Then the Community we live in needed a new gate motor and Elika Key pad installed , of course I called Shane and he installed then for us . It took a few trips to get the Elika system working and Shane come back , At no additional cost and got the system working great. I was pet sitting for some people and it was just one of those days and I accidentally backed into their garage door. I called Rolling Garage Doors and they were able to come out within 2 hours and help me out.
Shane was fast and extremely competent, he definitely knew what he was doing. He fixed the door quickly and got it working safely within 20 minutes. He then explained to me exactly what exactly happened, what would need to be fixed, and how the doors work. He said always wanted to make sure consumers are properly educated to make good decisions.

My Dad ran my car in to my custom garage door recently. My brother in law used to be in the business, so he provided a temporary fix. He told me it would cost a fortune (around $2K) to replace the custom bottom panels, plus labor. Shane came out and said he could not only fix my door without replacing the panels, but get it running quieter and more efficient than it had before the crash. I can't say enough about doing business with an honest owner that's not out to get you! In the end, the repair was a couple hundred bucks, and I let my Dad live!

From the call to his Wife ( Courtney ) who listened to my Garage door dilemma to Shane showing up the same day. Awesome doing business with these guys. Called before expected time, arrived ready to work with his assistant ( :( I forgot his name. ) work was inspected, knows what he's doing and they both worked hard. My door is now working better than before it was broken. I will suggest you use these guys. I love communication and hard workers. BAM. They are both!

Shane was very helpful and honest. We previously had an emergency motor put in form a different company and they took complete advantage of us and sold us a lemon motor. Shane laid it all out for us and told us all of our options before we made a decision. We will use Rolling Garages and Gates for all our garage and gate needs!

Our garage door came off track and Rolling Garage Door services was able to come out the same day. Shane fixed the problem quickly and went above and beyond by replacing all the wheels and aligning the door so it opens and shuts much easier. Shane also took the time to show me how to properly service the door so it will last longer. I highly recommend Shane for any repair or install.
