Patients of all ages choose braces as a form of orthodontic treatment to correct crowding, gaps, or misalignment in the teeth, as well as bite problems. Braces work to gently apply a pressure to your teeth, helping them move into a more desirable position. Archwires - The archwire is the thin metal wire that helps connect each bracket to the next.
Invisalign is an orthodontic treatment that involves using a series of clear, comfortable, removable aligners to correct misaligned teeth. Invisalign allows you to continue to show off your smile as it improves! Using advanced 3D computer imaging technology, the clear aligners are created based off of the digital impressions of your teeth that Dr. Johnson makes during your consultation.
Retainers help preserve and maintain the positioning of your teeth after completion of your orthodontic treatment. It may take a while for your jaw bone and gums to get used to the new position of your teeth, therefore it is essential that you continue to wear the retainer for the amount of time we recommend; if you stop using your retainer too early, your teeth may begin to revert back to their former positions.
Expanders are used to widen your upper jaw to create more space for your teeth and allow for a broader smile. Expanders are only used in certain types of cases and may be necessary to create more room for your teeth to shift and align into the correct position. Spacers-also known as separators-are small, doughnut-shaped, rubber pieces that may be used to gently push adjacent teeth apart from each other to better facilitate orthodontic treatment.

I had braces as a kid and as an adult, my teeth moved back. I originally was just taking my son in for a consult. After chatting about my own experience, I had one too! Within 2 months following I was in Invisalign to straighten my smile and my son in braces. 8 months later and I smile with confidence. My son, 13, loves heading in for his appointments and is super impressed with his teeth so far. He never knew any better, but now that he does, that smile is even bigger. I love this office and their team! I highly recommend based on service, professionalism and the personal relationship.

Dr.Johnson and their team made me feel welcome for the second I walked in! He is very knowledgeable and was able to fix my teeth to perfection! I would recommend all my family and friends to go to their team! We had a goal to get my teeth right before my wedding day and he blew my expectations out of the water and I now have a perfect smile I would recommend all my family and friends there it only took 9 months to fix my teeth!

After hem hawing around I finally decided to get braces! The staff is always so friendly! The process was super quick and easy and they also offer financing! The office is very trendy and clean with top of the line technology! My step daughter will soon be getting hers! She loved that Dr. Johnson allowed her to watch the whole process with mine being done and talked her through it. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!

Dr Johnson and his staff are top notch. All of the staff is professional from the front office folks to the people helping me out in the chair. There was never a question on any of my treatments on what they were to do and I can't say I ever waited in the lobby more than 5 minutes once I arrived.
Anytime I had a question Sherri was right on top of returning my phone calls too. Absolutely a recommend.

We are very happy with Johnson Orthodontics. They are professional, kind and caring. Getting braces can be a scary thing for a teen girl or boy, but Dr. Johnson and his staff were so great at making it a pleasant experience for my daughter. They truly care about their patients and do a great job at making them feel at ease. The results were amazing and it took less time than I thought it would. We never had to wait more than a minute or two for our appointments. They always got her in very quickly. We highly recommend Johnson Ortodontics.

We love Johnson Orthodontics! My son and daughter both received treatment from Dr. Johnson and his amazing staff. Dr. Johnson does a great job explaining all of the options for treatment and takes the time to answer any questions. He is great with the kids and takes the time to get to know them and takes the time to build positive rapport with them. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Dr. Johnson is really nice, the staff is fantastic, and appointments are really quick. I was dreading getting braces, because I thought it would be painful, but I can say that I have had a great experience with very little discomfort. I get my braces off in a few weeks and I'm very happy with how my teeth look. Also, they have very convenient hours and with the location being next to my school, I barely miss any class to go to appointments.
