Michelle Alvarez-Crider has lived in the Capital Region since 1989. Her past includes serving in the United States Air Force, as a Military Police Officer, and owning and operating a successful home and office cleaning company. After years of service in those industries, Michelle wanted to make a change and move towards helping people better themselves.
All will agree, time is our most valuable asset. We ask that appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card. Your card is not billed unless your vacated appointment goes unfilled. We do our best to fill these openings-just like you, we'd much prefer to have another guest take your place than charge for a cancellation.
Our trained Air Brush technicians apply a DHA spray tan solution onto your skin. When DHA is applied to the skin, it reacts to the proteins in your skin and changes color. It is not paint or a dye, and only fades because our skin naturally produces new layers each day. Because our solution is UV-Free and naturally derived, it has no harmful effects to your skin.
Pre-session exfoliation is the first step to achieving flawless spray tan results. It is best to clear away dry, dead, skin cells with a sulfate-free scrub. Avoid using bar soaps, high pH shower products, and in-shower moisturizers. Be sure to complete any waxing, shaving, or depilatory creams no later than 24 hours prior to your session.

BEST spray tanning experience!!! Absolutely LOVE Michelle and my tan faded beautifully! I’ve been getting spray tans for years and this one lasted me 7 days!!! I kept my skin super hydrated and followed all of her aftercare instructions. Probably the best tan I have ever had! Loved the color and the GLOW for days!!!!

This place is absolutely amazing!! I can’t say enough about how they spray tan and how long it lasts not to mention the chic atmosphere it’s self!! I feel like I step into a Miami or Manhattan salon. I’ve gone to like every spray tan business in the area and I’m hooked on Body Glow NY!!! They take their time to explain products and ways to increase my results, (FYI home care is EVERYTHING). Wow!!! Experience was through the roof! Averi did an all over spray tan on me and it has turned out beautiful! They are so professional and the inside is done so elegantly. Michelle, the owner, is very down to earth and friendly, I found my deal online which if you do as well be sure to give her a call first she honors deals. I would recommend this place to everyone and will be returning again for teeth whitening.

Best tanning place around!!!! By far my favorite place to go for a tan. They are friendly and super professional. I feel comfortable there and am always treated with respect. They are considerate (have hair nets and disposable thongs if needed) and I loveeee the quickie tan. Good prices too. Check them out, I recommend.

First of all so so happy this business opened so close to me! Just walking in makes you feel a NYC vibe... decor is Chic and modern. I opted for a spray tan since everyone today is cautious about too much sun but everyone wants that look. After a blah day I wanted a pick me up and Michele took me in right away. She evaluates your skin and chooses the perfect color. She’s very professional and makes you feel comfortable. I absolutely love my color and will keep it up as you wake up feeling better with an awesome glow. It’s been three days and my color hasn’t faded at all. So glad Body Glow

A place like Body Glow was sorely missing in Ballston Spa. The facility is pristine and walking through the door made me want to try every service they offer, just to relax in one of the treatment rooms. Michelle did a really great job on my classic spray tan- the tone is a very natural color and will make people question what vacation I just got back from ( I’m generally pretty pale). No streaking, weird blotchy patches, or orange elbows and ankles.
Huge menu of services at reasonable prices. 10x better than paying top dollar at a saratoga salon “that also does” tanning/facials/etc. just
