I have used Charikas for years and have never been disappointed. These people are very professional and really care about the customer. Erika is very patient and always positive. Charlie came to fix my ice maker (which he did) but also fixed a leak on my washer while he was here. He did not charge for fixing the leak and the charge for the repair to the ice maker was nominal. He answered all my questions and explained in detail my options. I cannot say enough good about Charikas Appliance Repair. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent customer service. Erika is great, she always goes out of her way every time I call for repair or questions. I know some companies she needs to train! And her husband knows what he is doing!!

Charlie is great, he worked through our issue with our LG refrigerator until resolution. Very dependable, always on time. The office kept me up to date on the situation. A very well run and honest company.
