Dean and his team were very efficient in our transition from another agency to theirs. Dean was very thorough in explaining all of our policies and discounts to save us money. I called one day to ask about insurance for my business and in about 10 minutes it was done! If there was a negative number I would be rating them what way. I had a policy no changes no issues. Moved recently and had to update info. Dean and I sat down and reviewed it nothing change from my address. I was paying 115 a month. Then it went to 120. Then today it was 160. Dean promised me he would keep my bill at 120. He told me I shouldn't… see that big of a change. Look at my account today and money is missing why because they took 160. Called in and Gina acted like it was no big deal. Couldn't explain why it went up. Called back and told me it was a one time change even though it
