Excellent experience! Friendly professional customer service on the phone. There was a mix-up in the delivery and by no fault of Kimel's Flowers. Been going to Kimel's Flowers for 20 years for different occasions for flowers from hanging plants, anniversary, birthdays and today for Mothers Day flowers. I called and placed an order to be delivered to my aunt in Newark. I am in Louisiana and have been disappointed nearly every time I've 'wired' flowers, so I decided to order directly from a local florist. I explained what I wanted to the extremely friendly lady that answered the phone. She was so helpful and understanding. My aunt sent a picture of the arrangement she received from Kimel's. It far exceeded my expectations!!! It was huge, it was gorgeous, and it made my aunt smile from ear to ear (which is exactly what she needed right now).
