Kramer Insurance has taken care of our insurance needs for years. Hurricane Harvey, however, proved what kind of agents we really had. As soon as we were allowed back in our home Mike Kramer was at our house and business. He answered many many calls and questions at all times of the day and night. He was there for us when we needed him. Everyone should have an agent like Mike.

These people are down right racist!!! I wouldn't give them a dollar. They believe that if you are a person of color that you should just take poor, inaccurate, and incompetent service. SHAME ON YOU!
