Horrible! I bought some $700 heals for my wife (she never wore them) and they will not answer my calls or texts so I can't return them. Not sure what to do now that I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit and I can't return. Worst problem is it's the manager that helped me get them and she (Ruby) won't answer me back to return them

This is one of the most beautifully designed stores with an incredibly curated selection of women's shoes and accessories. If you're looking for something special, unique and likely exclusive to the LA/Calabasas area, this is THE store. The store may be upscale but the service and attitude is super inviting. I can't wait to come back next time I'm in town!!

Visiting from out of town with my teenagers and wanted to check the store out, as I follow them on Instagram. I love their unique selection of shoes and handbags. As we came in we were greeted by a girl working the front, as well as one in back, which I thought was great. We were looking around and both were super nice, answering all of our questions and assisting us in trying things on. The best luxury shoe and handbag boutique! Whenever I'm in the area I always make a stop at The Kingdom. The store is beyond gorgeous inside and the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable about the product. They carry my fav Golden Goose sneakers and Balenciaga sandals. Highly highly recommend shopping at The Kingdom.

I have to differ with the previous review. Today was the second time I attempted to walk in the store. The first time I walked in with my service dog and was told no dogs are allowed. I swore I would never go in there again. Today I thought I would try again since They carry a brand of shoes that I love. Did not get much further today as I had a small Diet Coke in my hand. I was stopped at the door saying I needed to put the drink down immediately. I am a very courteous person and would put the soda in the back on the counter also as I cannot shop holding a Coke. I was met by not one but two male

Beautiful store with amazing merchandise! I went in to look for a gift for my fiancée and Rachel and Lexi extremely knowledgeable and friendly, she took the time to help me find the perfect pair of Gucci shoes. I love this store. The owner Jason has an amazing eye for detail and had the most unique accessories picked out. I am so happy i found this gem and I will definitely buy the pieces I love from here. The set up is aesthetically pleasing so it's easy to shop. I just want to own every shoe and accessory in there!!!
