So I absolutely love The Hub and shopping here. I came in tonight and was very disappointed. As I was trying my clothes on I could hear the employee behind the desk talking to some one on speaker phone. When I went out to go and purchase my items I realized she had been FaceTiming and was still FaceTiming as she was checking me out. The person she was talking to was talking about how she much she could make at a different job. This makes me sad that this is okay to do while you have a customer in front of you. I figure this conversation could wait till the store was closed as it was closing in

I found The Hub during Temples monthly First Friday event. During first Friday they offer wine and little snacks while you shop at night. This place has such an awesome collection of local vendors! I could have spent hours looking around at all the goodies.
They have over 25 different vendors available (I didn't count). It makes it so easy that you can checkout everything at one place. My husband, kiddo, and I all purchased things from different sections of the store at a centralized counter. It was super easy.
We will absolutely be back to shop around, probably for another First Friday

I have loved a great deal of the merchandise in the store, but to be honest, I'm disappointed in this place due to customer service and store policies.
The people working at the registers are often playing on their phones and not paying attention or offering assistance in any way. Once I purchased a handful of things only to realize weeks later when wrapping a gift that I was not given the clearance price as marked, and charged full price. Which I guess is partly my fault, because I must have been distracted while being rung up, but I don't work there, so it seems to me like they really

Attending one of thier events with free Sangria. Need I say more? Of course there are actually some that came here for the shopping right? If boutique boujee & bangles is your thing this place has an abundance. There really are like 40 shops with something for everyone. There is homemade items, vintage as well. So like etsy meets boutique meets vintage?? Just a great place to shop in general.

Interesting place lots of different items and a cute small place to get coffee ice cream and shakes as well as sweets. I have not had a chance to check out the second-floor yeah but I woke up back and do that also looking forward to bringing my eleven-year-old son there I think you will really enjoy it.

Please use other review services to get an accurate account of The Hub. We locals here in Temple are so grateful for a place like this to liven up our downtown and keep our economy strong. Local artisans rent spaces here and offer handmade leather goods, art, furniture, home decor, etc. And you can get your style on with boutique clothing of varying price points, accessories, and shoes. I came to review because today I went to a macrame plant hanging class and really enjoyed the atmosphere, the music, and the shopping! Got some super cute leather earrings from the leather worker by the elevator

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This had to be the worst establishment I have ever stepped foot in. First let's start off with the staff, this store has the WORST customer service I have every experienced. All the staff members I encountered were rude, rolled their eyes or were on their phones but who could blame them the "managers" aren't any better both of them were just as rude. I was so excited to shop here after hearing about how beautiful the store was but boy was I disappointed. The disorganized inventory and lack of customer service skills is why I will NEVER

Two story's of over priced items from various vendors. Lotions smell bad, cheap jewelry marked too high, boutique style clothes that old ladies would wear , a lot of toys most kids would find boring , old looking hard cookies at food truck .Theres not much upstairs other then expensive home decor that isn't very desirable.Over all , this is a big gift shop , you can easily find better items on Amazon at more reasonable prices. We went in for the second time since this place has been here and still were not impressed. I seriously don't know how this place is still opened

Decent little boutiques inside, but while we were in there we decided to order from the food truck. That was a complete bust. We ordered milk shakes and when they came out the first time they were just like drinking milk with some cookie pieces in them. We returned them to the girl to remake and when they came out the second time they were thicker but she only filled up half the cup this time. Very disappointed. Definitely wont be ordering from the little truck if I go back to the store again.

This is a sweet little gem of a boutique in downtown Temple. It's actually not little, it's a large two store open air co-op kind of shopping experience with many little sections of clothing, baby gifts, specialty dog toys & treats, and a small airstream trailer serving delicious ice cream sandwiches and lunch.
The owner is a lovely woman who has curated a fun mix of boho style clothing/fashions that has something for everyone.
Upstairs are more shops and even an event space that would be super fun for a party or baby shower.
It's so nice to see that this place bring some
