I wish I could rate these guys higher than 5 stars. I was moving cross country from Bakersfield, CA to Heath, TX to be closer to family. I was traveling down i40 east in grants NM when going about 75, a dog came out on the road. I had no time to brake or swerve and hit the poor guy head on. My brand new Toyota Rav 4 absorbed the impact with the radiator and condenser, disabling my vehicle and spewing out coolant everywhere not to mention the heavy cosmetic damage. After the state police (which those guys alone were totally amazing) waited for Thoureau to get to me and extract my vehicle, I was

Sunday evening, it's hotter than Hades, and I'm traveling with an enormous dog. No sweat for the tow company from Thoreau -- not only did they arrive in less than an hour, they let the dog ride in the back seat of the truck, kept the air on for her, and took us safely back to the dealership for a replacement tire (odd sizing meant we had to special order). Definitely call these guys if you're stranded -- everything was above board, safe, and the car didn't get so much as a scratch. Thank you!
