Extremely fast and efficient in getting people checked in and seen. The facility is very clean and modern. I came to leave this review however because I wanted to say thank you to the woman who did my alignment yesterday for her accommodation for my hearing loss. Once I learn her name, I will edit my review. I have a bilateral sensory neural hearing loss, which is fancy wording for "I can barely hear in both ears". It's quite severe, and I rely on lip reading a lot. So you can guess how the pandemic and the masks have made that more difficult. People often don't believe me that I have such a profound

I love the walk in clinic. I tell them my name they tell to head back to the back and the chiropractor meets me there. Of course they look at your visits and what they've done previously. They are very friendly and concerned how your feeling adjust me and tell to come back sooner than later before the pain gets to bad. I love the walk in chiropractic clinic.

Super fast and friendly. Walked out feeling great! Prices are insanely affordable and while I was informed of their membership options I did not feel pressured into them. Loved this office! Especially Dr. Hauser! My son hurt his shoulder at school & I needed to make sure it was in place. Dr. Hauser spent time evaluating him and he told us it was separated and didn't need an adjustment. He didn't even charge us because he didn't adjust him, wow!! I was so blown away! He saved the day for us & we will DEFINITELY be back.

I have been here 3 times. No appts necessary. There are a couple of Dr's to choose from. There is a doctor there whose last name Hauser. My husband and I felt his adjustment is too jerky and abrupt. The other doctor, younger and dark hair whose name I don't remember (sad face) is much gentler. The receptionist is super friendly. The office looks very nice and feels welcoming! They now have a Spokane Valley office but we haven't been to it yet. I recommend you get them a try.

Constant back pain for 4 weeks so I finally decided to do something about it. This place is a class act. Walked into a stylish reception area to be greeted and assisted by a lovely woman. Filled out some paperwork and minutes later led to adjustment room. Great doctor, great adjustment, no more back pain. I could not be more pleased.

Don't waste your time coming here if you have any insurance at all. Even if you don't have Chiropractic coverage, and even if you don't plan on using it and plan to pay cash. If you tell them yes when they inevitably ask, they will take the forms out of your hands and send you away in pain. They are basically making people that are desperate and in pain lie in order to receive proper medical care. Start accepting insurance, so you can actually treat people that need help or stop calling yourself a doctors office. It's as simple as that.
