My name is Bradley O'Dell, most people know me as BJ. In the early 1980's, my parents, although born and raised in Austin, were looking to escape the city life and find a place to spread out! They found the small town of Liberty Hill, deep in the Texas Hill Country. Soon after, my father Randy got into the Real Estate business and started Shin Oak Realty.
Nestled between the North and South forks of the San Gabriel River, remnants of small ranching and farming villages have evolved over the past 175 years into one of the fastest growing communities in the Austin metro area. Wasted 6 months having our property listed with this company, only to have 1 of 2 clients brought out to our place. In the first three months, with no one being brought out to our place, agent calls and asks us if we're ready to lower our price. I asked if he's ready to lower his commission.
Finally, relists the property after three months as also having a house (it does have a double wide), and we get multiple people from real estate agents from other companies coming around because the MLS listing finally shows we have a house AND property, but still none from Shin Oak.

I use BJ for all my real estate needs. He knows his stuff, is very professional yet laid back. He just takes care of business. I trust him and he makes my deals go smoothly. Spoke with Catrina trying to locate a home in the Liberty Hill area. Has to be one of the most egotistical, self-important people I have ever spoken to. I will recommend that everyone avoid this business like the plague.
Perhaps if enough people run from businesses that allow abusive employees like her to ruin potential sales they will see the folly of their ways and part company with her.
