They even eamil me report with what they did and detail about the chemical etc. Michael is great and very professional if you need anything he is always here for you willing to help.
Sanitization is probably the most used word in 2020 and everything needs to be sanitized properly in this pandemic situation. We all have started hating the smell of chemicals from sanitizers to chlorine in the water. This situation has also taught us a lesson of using more efficient ways to clean the pool water without using much of the chemicals.

Do not hire this company. The technicians record the results of the chemicals and send an email but if they are out of range they do nothing about it. The salt level in my new pool was too high and I had to be the one to point it out to their office. They have missed two weeks of service since February without any explanation or notice and now will not return my calls, texts or emails. Also they hire questionable people to do their service. Will not use them again. Calling my bank to make sure they don't debit my account because there is no communication at all from them.

We are thrilled with Element Pools! We have an above ground pool that we were having extreme difficulty keeping the correct balance of chemicals. We contacted Element Pools and they stayed with us until the pool was under control and we were able to use it again. The owner Michael is amazing and if we have any questions he is so nice and professional in always giving his time to answer any concerns! Their maintenance service is wonderful! The pool technicians are always timely and very knowledgeable and competent. Without hesitation I strongly recommend this company!!!

Elements pool service excellent in every aspect of service...like clockwork, always there on time, efficient and effective, very professional. I just had a problem and it was remedied in less than 24 hours, without issues. Service is HIGHLY recommended!!!

My pool has never looked better since Elements took over the maintenance about 3 years ago. They show up as scheduled, do an incredible job, and clean up before they leave. They have done repairs and updates to my pool in a timely and professional manner. If you want sparkling water I highly recommend them!!

Here is why. I DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY POOL ANYMORE. They come service my pool every week and the pool look great every time. They even email me a report with what they did and a details about the chemical etc..

I have a pool and was doing the cleaning myself. My pool ended up turning green and was just harder to maintain than I thought. I called Monaco Pools and they came out right away and cleared my pool. I ended up hiring them to clean to my pool weekly and I am so glad I did. I can really enjoy my pool now worry free. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them!
