I'm pretty disappointed with this store. First off we paid 700 dollars for them to instal a dog door. Thinking maybe since we are the customers they would explain everything to us they would tell us that the dog door was black. Every dog door I have seen is clear? My dogs don't like the door because they can not see threw it. You would think after spending 700 dollars they would show more concern and order a new flap for the door but we call and they sound completely un-interested in helping us at all. I like to spend my money and give business to companies that appreciate their customers. This
