Good luck when asking to get something done!!
The manager Lisa might put a nice smile but is not the nicest person when actual work is needed to be done!!
If they would change the management of the building it might be a nice place but until then my review will stay as is.
But for now HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!

Terrible management!!! There was a leak in our condo which was defective plumbing by the building and they refused to get it repaired. We had to contact our insurance because the repairs costs are to high for us to pay out of pocket. We are undergoing a lawsuit against the building and their poor management company. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT consider buying or renting in this terrible place
