I called James at Affordable HVAC and received a callback within the hour. I needed a gas line run from my meter at the house through a stone wall in the utility room and then connected to my new gas laundry dryer. All these companies are extremely busy these days but James came by and reviewed the job and we discussed my situation. He gave me a quote. We scheduled the day. James called in advance and he and his crew came out to do the work a week later as promised. They did clean work inside and outside the house. They ran into a snag when a very old gas pipe broke off at the threads. James immediately

Affordable came out and installed a unit for us 3/13/20 we called today by 8:00am to have a tech come check out our unit due to it freezing up since Saturday afternoon. Talked with one gentleman saying it’d be this afternoon we asked a time and he couldn’t give us one. Ok not a big deal so we messaged him at 2:45 to see if maybe he knew a time no response, so at 4:30pm we called and spoke to the owner and was told we had a list of people ahead of us so he wasn’t sure what time it’s gonna be but it’d be some point today.
