Linda Arriola has been helping us with obtaining our homeowners insurance since we purchased our home in June 2018. This is the 2nd time that we received a notification from our carriers that our policy will not be renewed because we are in a fire hazard zone. Linda was on it as soon as she received the notices. The first one was in 2019 and the second one was for this upcoming renewal. She not only got us renewed, the premium was very competitive. Thank you so much Linda!!!

Being a realtor and familiar with several different agents, I opted to try Jimmi with VOI after a lunch and learn from a year ago discussing premiums due to the wildfires in 2019. Fast forward a year and our family was in the process of purchasing our own home. Jimmi was prompt, gave us realistic expectations to deliver quotes due to his workload and delivered a comprehensive package for all of our properties and autos along with earthquake and umbrella coverage. We ended up going with coverage for our property and soon to be rental property with a Triple A rated carrier and saving some money

I was having problems with my previous auto insurance broker. They wanted to charge me an additional amount of money on top of my current auto insurance quote. According to them its a charge for paperwork handling and turning info to dmv...what? I called my auto insurance provider asking them to find me another broker asap.

This company cold-called me after Progressive put out my personal information on a website called "foragentsonly". I asked several times who put the information out, but the "manager," Jimmy Lewis, started talking to me like he's an attorney at law and kept making comments, "Is this an accurate statement?". The bottom line is, and the line they care to ignore, is that Progressive had no right to send my information out on some website where any agent with a Progressive account could start cold calling me. I previously had a policy with a "better known" company, and had given Emily advance warning that I wasn't looking to move, but was instead interested in other options - I'm a serious budgeter. Emily was completely professional through the whole process, and completely on top of everything. Not only is she knowledgeable about her business, she was never too busy to share her expertise with me and walk me through the process - something my previous agent wasn't able to do. Great customer service. They helped me find insurance for my condo, sandrail, trailer, ATV, and car. Instead of just giving me a price like my past insurance person, they asked me questions to help reduce what I was paying. I have been recommending VOI to all my friends.
Here is a comparisons I did on different insurance providers, just to make sure VOI was the best price. Also, they added towing and rental car where the other insurance providers did NOT.
