We finish zinc, steel and plastic parts with the highest quality finishes. Our premium snap-on hardware line represents the next generation of flexibility for casket manufacturers and funeral homes. After a standard swing-arm assembly is attached to a casket, the final combination of corners and lugs may be selected just before end-use. This allows a significant reduction of inventory carrying costs.
Our decorative coatings produce antique, brushed, satin or bright finishes of copper, nickel, bronze, chrome, aluminum, silver and gold. Our Electromagnetic (EMI) Shield Coatings produce electronic isolation on plastic parts. The EMI/RFI shielding is accomplished by depositing a highly conductive metallic layer, such as aluminum or copper, to the component and is a superior to painted EMI coating.
Dixline coatings and decorative finishing capabilities are ideally suited for consumer, commercial or industrial product needs. Our coatings and finishing can be cost optimized for short or long term use. They can be manufactured for indoor, outdoor or difficult (severe) environmental operating conditions.
