Hofmann Designs was started in late 2009 after Curtis, the owner, made the move back from Southern California to where he grew up in Minnesota. It was time to start creating his own designs with the knowledge and experience he accrued from working at three Harley Dealerships and two well known Southern California custom chopper shops.
Ever since the time he was able to walk, he has had a passion for anything custom. Growing up in a motorcycle shop instilled the passion to create and provide custom creations for everyone. Custom trucks is a hobby for Curtis. At the age of 15 he got a Chevrolet S-10 and it went from stock to chopped almost instantly.
