Hello, to all interested in renting from this company. Lydia is a great person with so much patients and professionalism. I am relocating from GA and yy company wasn't able to schedule my relocation without an address in AL.Well Lydia was waiting for about a week or so for my leasing office to verify my rental history. She informed me that my application was first and no need to worry. She thought of everything possible to help with my move. Anyways, Lydia is so rude. I even corrected her on the phone about her attitude and said it wasn’t needed. Then she had the nerve to send me my tentant ledger like I don’t know that it continues to show I’m late. Even though my money is always in with one of my accounts. The ledger shows multiple attempts of the money coming out. Again why would I continue to try to send you money over and over over if I don’t have any. Then she said she isn’t going to lie about me paying on time. When I have complained about this issue since day 1!!! It wouldn’t be a lie!!!!!!!!!!

They don’t take care of their homes or their tenants. They say they have done a repair when they haven’t. My house had holes in it for months that they didn’t repair from September-March. They’re saying that… it’s my fault they can’t rent the house when they still haven’t fixed the holes the rats crawl through and it smells like rat urine in there. I had to move out, and they are trying to make me pay through the nose. They don’t care that I didn’t have a place to live for a whole month, and they are trying to take my entire security

We have rented with RRR for two years now, and they are consistently the best rental company that either my husband or I have dealt with in Montgomery. Unlike many places when we were looking, they answer the phone right away, always respond to email, and are always quick with getting service calls taken care of. We can’t say enough good things about how they take care of us and the property we rent. If you can find a house through them, it’s a guarantee that you will be treated better than most rental companies in Montgomery.

Overall pissed with how everything was handled. Instead of a phone call, we received a text. I do believe that if we went with any other BUSINESS we wouldn't have gotten a text. Very poor business quality and Austin was VERY rude to both my fiance and myself from the start. We were lied to and lead on to believe we were getting the home. I would not ever recommend this place. I had a feeling to leave these people alone but I was in love with the home.
