I used Bright Star to bid on an auction of wood and equipment from a furniture manufacturer that was closing down. The online interface was intuitive and easy to use. There was live video from the actual auction floor, so the online and in-person participants were able to sync up nicely. The payment process was convenient with the ability to pay online, via check, or via wire transfer. All in all a good experience. Buyer's fees were reasonable and the Bright Star staff members were quick to reply to email. Recommended.
