My bridesmaids planned a fabulous wine tour for my bachelorette party using this company. The wine tour was an absolute blast and our driver, Greg, was super chill and fun! The transportation manager, Carolyn, however was, as I've now heard, terrible to deal with both before and after our wine tour. I feel bad that my bridesmaids had to deal with her. She made planning the tour very confusing (thanks to arbitrary and costly winery "zoning" rules) and then sent an email a week after that was nothing short of rude and unprofessional. Because of Carolyn, I would caution anyone before using this company
