Phoenix Financial Solutions provides complete Loan Servicing, from the beginning of the loan to the end of the loan. Our dealer partners make all decisions involving the initial sale of the vehicle, and retain all rights afforded to them as the lienholder. Plus, the dealer collects and retains 100% of the down payment.

Phoenix Financial Solutions provides complete Loan Servicing, from the beginning of the loan to the end of the loan. You can establish recurring payments using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover debit or credit card, or ACH Withdrawal, using your checking or savings account, using our Recurring Billing program.
We also reserve the right to close on extreme weather days including Level 2 or Level 3 Snow Emergencies. All payments that are submitted after 6:00 pm EST weekdays, weekends, holidays, or on any other day that we are scheduled to be closed, may be applied to your account the next business day.
Late fees and/or additional interest (if applicable) may be added to your loan if the day your payment is able to be APPLIED, is after the due date or grace period stated in your contract and on your payment coupons.If your remit day is on any day that we are scheduled to be closed, and that day falls on the final day of your grace period, late fees will still apply.

I loved being able to pay online and the ladies in the office where always under standing of my changing situation. I am about to pay my car off and hope when I get a new car I am able to go through them again. They respond to e-mails quickly. I highly recommend Phoenix Financial in Shelby, ohio.
