We provide medical and non-medical care and we always strive to help improve the Quality of Life for our clients and their families. We are a Medicare Certified home Health Agency providing Private Duty Nursing and Medical Technicians as well as General Home Care Staffing. Clinical research has revealed that people prosper, age and recover most adequately in the comfort of their own home.
Our Home Companions, Personal Care Aides, and Skilled Nurses are available to serve you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All services include 24 hour, 7 day a week telephone reassurance. Insurance Providers and Medicare pay for nurses, therapists, home health aides and social workers to provide medical support in your own home.
If you have another insurance that is not on this list please contact our office for assistance. Jennifer (Home Health Aide) was great. She honestly cares about her clients and you can see that come out in her work. Great gal! They were all very professional and we felt so comfortable with them, like they were family.

Mom & I have been so happy with this group. Particularly her PT (Gunjan "GG" Gupta) and her OT (Gopa Kuttainnair). These two men have done more to help my mother than any other group we have had in the past. They have treated her wonderfully and with the utmost of respect and professionalism. They are true assets to Coastal Staff Relief but mainly (I say this selfishly) a true asset to my mother's recovery! Thank you!!

Rehab specialists were mostly excellent. Took over a month to see my speech therapist for the first time. The office/billing is awful. Not only did they not provide treatment records to my insurance company, but continue to refuse to provide them to me as well. Would not recommend.
Amensed: the new billing specialist, Jeremy, helped resolve this issue with professionalism and patience.
I am not updating the rating or prior review as I still had a bad experience with the firm; however, Jeremy deserves special recognition.

I had shoulder surgery and was unable to perform most activities. My arm was was in a sling 24/7 for 6 weeks. The physical therapist , GG worked with me several times per week to help me obtain my endurance and gait again. He is knowledgeable, profeasional
and caring.

Sam of Coastal Staff Relief has provided me excellent Physical Therapy care for my Right Knee Total Replacement recovery. I am recovering faster than expected with his blend of light heartrd approach and tough workouts. Sam assess my needs at each visit and adjusts therapy based on needs, progress and comfort. I plan to request Sam when I get my Left Knee replaced.

Very unprofessional nurse and office help lack communication. They are doing wound vac care on my husband. a nurse didn't do it right and created another wound. They lie about conctating your doctor and don't order the supply's that you need.our doctor was very upset with thier care ,that we had change to a different wound care clinic. Office people whitney and Donna tell you one thing.and find out later they never follow through with sending information to your doctor .I've been very stressed with this home health company. I would not suggest anyone to use them . they lack organization.

My family member was in the last stage of Pancreatic Cancer. Upon his discharge in July 2018, from Memorial Hermann Hospital, he was referred to Coastal Staff Relief. The Coastal Staff Relief nurse did not show up for 2 days nor did she call. Neither the nurse (Talia) or the Director of Nursing (Donna), returned any of our phone calls and several attempts were made. My family sent an email to the Director of Nursing and she never responded back to our request.
As a result of that, we notified Texan Plus, to inform them that they were paying Coastal for services that were not rendered. Afterward
