Tammy Eisenhart is a Registered Nurse and Level 1 Certified CrossFit Coach with over 18 years of experience in the nutrition and fitness industry. She specializes in creating custom nutrition plans and coaches clients on healthy eating behaviors and strategies that result in lasting lifestyle changes.
Susan is an Albany native with over 30 years experience in the skin care industry. She is a certified Skincare Specialist and comes to Nutrition and Wellness of Albany with 17 years experience as a Medical Assistant in a cosmetic surgery practice. Her certifications include Advanced Concept in Medical Skincare I & II and she is certified in the Didactic Training program for Cynosure's SculpSure Laser System.
Erin Champion from Fitzgerald, GA has always enjoyed beauty and cosmetics. She brings years of artistic experience in the craft of Microblading. She completed her Masters of Cosmetology Degree in 2012, in which she specialized in hair and make-up, which lead her to the art of Microblading.
She attended the highest, most prestigious Microblading school in the United States; Phibrow Academy, where she earned her certification after an intense 6 month course.She uses her past experience and knowledge to mix up the perfect color for your brows. Erin also uses the highest quality tools and pigments to give you exceptional results while insuring your safety.

Kim is a Licensed Professional Therapist (LPC), Nationally Certified (NCC) and Advanced Alcohol and Drug Therapist (CAADC). She graduated from Webster University with a Masters in Counseling in 2005. This same year, Kim and her family moved to Albany. Her husband, Brett, was stationed at MCLB Albany as an active duty Marine and they made this area their home upon retirement from the military.
