Mike was the tow driver and was amazing. Super helpful getting my broke down car out of the snow and to my mechanic. He told me to stay warm and out of the snow and he had it handled! Best tow I've had in a couple years. Highly highly recommend.

Shout out to WALLY!! Thank you for taking the extra effort this morning in 0 degree weather to tow my broke truck to a repair shop. Breaking down in the dark on the way to work is not a great start to the day. Wally made my day so much better with his excellent communication. It is so refreshing to meet people who take their job seriously. A true Professional. I think Wally is a champ and I will use OHS Towing for all my future tows.

This was the most helpful towing company I have ever done business with. Mike went completely out of his way to tow my car a whopping 225 miles, and on top of that, he picked me up 11 miles from where my car was, with no charge! On top of all that, he spent over an hour trying to fit my vehicle into a tight spot in a garage, when I told him he could leave it in the driveway if it was easier, he would not accept defeat, and was intent on getting the vehicle in the best possible spot for his customer. OHS TOWING was sent to me in Columbia Falls, MT, to tow my car to a tire shop after my rear tire went flat on Memorial Day weekend 2019. I was not able to pick up my car from the tire shop until the following Friday late afternoon. Driving it home, I noticed my steering wheel was at an angle. Early Monday AM, I found out my tie rod was badly bent. When I called OHS to report what the tow had done to my car and ask for help, I was connected to the manager, Mike, who was aggressive, accusative and gave me the run around, though he said he would have someone look at it, which NEVER materialized.
