Services
Providing training and skill building for adolescents and adults living with mental illness to help them live more independently. Providing at risk youth with crisis support to function in their school setting without needing a higher level of care such as residential or private day school. Providing services to children at risk of being placed outside of their home and those who are returning to their home from a residential or hospital setting.
We strive to build a health and human services agency that serves all the needs of our clients through exceptional service. Self-worth truly flourishes when individuals know they are valued members of their family unit and community. They have people in their lives they can trust and learn from and they believe they have the ability to achieve academically, personally, and socially.
Our Mental Health Skill Building Services are supportive interventions that enable adolescents and adults to achieve and maintain stability, independence, and success in the home and in the community. Other diagnosis may qualify if documented by a physician that it produces functional limitations to daily life activities.
Our mentoring and behavior aid services are to help at risk youth to function in their school setting without requiring a higher level of care, such as residential or private day school. Case Management to include coordinating with other service providers, attending IEP meetings and school committee meetings.
We help prevent out of home placement, preserving normal family living arrangements where possible. Our Intensive In-Home Therapeutic Services are time-limited therapeutic intervention services for youth who are at high risk of placement in professional treatment centers or foster care due to serious behavioral health challenges.

I spoke with Ms. Lewis today after contacting multiple companies whom either do not take my insurance or are not available any time soon. I called this office and left a simple voicemail, soon later received a call back from a woman who scheduled a same day appointment. I got my prescription and am very grateful that I was seen so soon. Ms. Lewis is extremely nice and knowledgeable, she is straight forward and would recommend her to anyone.
