For the price I paid for tax prep, the value isn't there. From initial contact to receive an invite to the portal took way too long. At least 2-3 weeks after I said I needed an invite, I was ignored until I called Rachel again and she finally sent an invite to the portal. Once documents were uploaded I was told a week turnaround time, which turned out to be 2 hours. While after tax documents were complete Rudy is efficient with email, I learned he was fraudulently claiming things on my tax documents that I had never told him to do. Once I questioned him, he dismissed it as not a big deal. Further

Rudolph has done an outstanding job on our tax filings over last couple of years. The responsiveness and ease of submitting documentation through an online portal really stand out. Mr. Isaacs has been a professional associate of mine for more than 10 years. He has been doing my taxes for many of these years and I have found him to be quite personable and a highly dedicated tax professional. His work is completed in short order but more importantly it is very accurate. He is prompt to return calls to answer tax questions and has the patience to explain it in layman's terms.
