I was really impressed and so grateful to have the technician wire in remotely and take care of a number of issues. I've been afraid to take my computer in because prices are so high to do so in Florida. Here, the technician only charged me for keyboard time, not processing time, so that the 2/5 hours of remoted work only cost me 45 minutes or $75! He also took care of me right away, avoiding then the long (unsafe) time in line in the FL heat. Thank you. So glad to have my computer back performing so nicely.
