11/13/21 The crew came to my home on time. They called me when they were 25 min away. They were great! I had a lot to be taken. Within in no time the job was completed. I wanted to do this for the longest time but heard the “other” company was expensive. Someone recommended Bumble Junk and I made a appointment online. The best news if all their fee is fair! Highly recommend!!!

I am so pleased with my experience with BumbleJunk. They were on time, followed up with me via courtesy call before they arrived, and removal pricing was fair. I was actually referred to them by another non-profit donation center in Baltimore city earlier this week. I went to BumbleJunk's website to do a little research and loved the fact that they do not just take old furniture to a landfill. They are an eco-friendly organization and try to re-home donated furniture, as long as it's in good shape. I had a set of couches that were in great shape, so I am glad to know they will not be dumped in

Jake was the manager that handled our clean out. Three truck loads! The first day, the team did not pack the truck to full capacity as Jake was not there. However, when we explained the problem, Jake came day two and the job was outstanding. Removed a lot of junk and old furniture. Also tore down our broken playground/swing set area... Great job! Make sure the manager is on site for larger moves, and you will be fine. The final price was below the max end of our quote..including tip. Very happy.

Outstanding service by Brett and Steve! They were both so professional, polite, and able to carefully remove all our bedroom furniture from our upstairs master bedroom.

Called these guys yesterday and they came out this morning. They were on time and professional. Gave me a free estimate which was within 10% of what I thought it would cost so I felt they were priced fairly. They were done in a timely manner. I tipped them for their work as others should do as well. Would recommend and use them again.

I have to say, before calling these guys, I thought good customer service was dead, but these guys provided EXCELLENT customer service. Seriously, these guys revived the word professionalism. They cleaned out the entire house in a matter of hours. Not only did they show up on time, but they showed up early. All the other positive reviews are legit - they were very polite and professional. These guys are hands-down the best junk removal service out there. Highly recommended and will definitely use again!

These guys did a great job. They showed up promptly, were polite and helpful, gave me an accurate estimate. They weren't able to get everything out on the first day (which I'm sure is my fault, I didn't actually have an idea of how much junk was left by our renters!), but scheduled a day a couple of days out to finish the job, and were very accommodating in terms of getting what I needed done immediately done (so that workers could come in and do some work on parts of the house). I highly recommend them.
