Founded shortly after World War II by Peter and William Braunius, the company is owned and operated today by Paul Braunius and Robert Breeman, partners whose unique and complimentary skills allow them to build beautiful homes for their clients.

With a degree in Construction Engineering Technology and the benefit of growing up in the business, Paul brings organization, precision and technical know-how to each job. He takes the time to consider every detail of a project and review the fine print to ensure his bids are accurate and straightforward.

Braunius Bros. Inc. is a residential general contracting firm located in Bergen County, New Jersey. We are building professionals with expertise in major additions and alterations, outdoor living spaces and new construction. Our Custom Millwork Division can design and build kitchen and bath cabinetry and other built-ins, including libraries, mantle systems, wet bars and custom moulding for every room in the house.

INITIAL APPOINTMENT: We will meet with you at your home to discuss the project, review any plans you have and inspect the site. If you need an architect, we can easily refer you to a well qualified professional in the area.
