They treated me well Local job didn't pay as much as I expected per week. Therefore I had to leave and find something else I was averaging a lease $600 . One thing that I was very impressed about with the company. Was speaking with the owner in training class. He was straight forward and to the point about your expectations and his and I thought that that was a very important part Of the orientation. The company has a lot of good benefits And bonuses for over the road drivers. My situation was local.

This is my second time around with Dutch Maid, I came back because I was treated very well and respectfully the first time I was here. Even though I left to do flatbed, the accepted me back and it was like I never left. This is the only company I have ever worked for that will actually listen to a drivers concerns and actually work with the driver to come up with a solution. But in the same sense they expect you to run hard and do your job well, You can get up to 3,000+ miles most weeks as a solo driver if you run hard.

I love this company , it's a good company . If they say something , believe me it'll happen. They are a very honest company...I can't say that about other trucking companies . They treat you like family here. If you do your job, and do right by them. They'll do right by you. This is where I want to retire at.
