Shady shady shady. We became late on our payment on products that were not yet delivered. They proceeded to charge us over $500 in "fees". Once we paid the original invoiced amount they refuse to deliver the products. I wouldn't mind the fees if we had actually taken delivery on these shirts then refused to pay. Not the case. We let them sit on them until we had the money to pay for them.

After waiting almost a MONTH for my shirt, it’s delivered with a big hole ripped in it. I needed this for Christmas and now have no gift. And they also won’t refund any money until I send back. I have children at home and it’s very hard to print a return label, pay for postage, and return. Terrible product. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

So reading the reviews I see most of the negative content is from a while back when we swapped programs and were bought by Hanes so we were adjusting. Working on the production floor in the warehouse I can say system wise we have made massive improvements making all departments far more efficient. Working here for 6 years we have made major changes in management also and it has shown. I love working here and won't leave anytime soon!

Ordering team wear from a company bearing the trusted name brand Champion had me expecting a quality product. Unfortunately that was not the case. The quality of the shirts was terrible- they were crunchy! The screen print color was so wrong that I had to call the customer service department and am awaiting a solution. I am giving it 2 stars because I am hoping that they will possibly rectify the problem. While I do not expect superior quality, I have never had quality this low from a spirit wear company,

Let me start by saying that I read through all the reviews both positive and negative about Champion Teamwear (GTM Sportswear) and I decided to give them a shot for polo shirts for the company I work for. The process overall was great. Had a few minor design hiccups with the order but the issues were addressed promptly. My order was shipped in a timely fashion and all of my items were correct upon arrival.

This company is horrible. I was working with a representative, Ben McCloud, who has known my date for the performance since we spoke for the first time. I am a staff member of one of the biggest companies that use these people as a vendor. As time got closer for my event Ben informed me that items I wanted to order we no longer an option because production won't be ready or the quantity number was down. At the last minute I had to settle for bows from a different company and it was so much stress dealing with this company. Supervisors are NEVER available and the manger Mandy was suppose to call

We will not use this company again. They are not willing to speed up production or do anything on their end to make sure you get your product on time. We spent a lot of money for team uniforms, ordered well ahead of time and now I have to tell 10 year old girls that they have to play in their first tournament without their uniforms because this company does not have the uniforms done, all they have been telling me for two weeks is that they are still in production. How can it take so long to print 10 uniform tops?! GTM has refused to do what they can on their end to get the uniforms to me in time

We are very happy with the product at the end of the day, but the road getting there was very bumpy and long. Lots of wasted personal time for me in handling this with constant follow up phone calls/emails etc. We had an outstanding experience once they switched our rep. Leave yourself a lot of lead time (months) because communication sometimes drops off. Several mistakes were made which were cheerfully and quickly corrected/credited. I would recommend GTM but not without the above "caution" notice.

I will never order any products again from GTM. I assist with my family business and ordered t-shirts to give away as promotional items. The quality of the shirts we had made left much to be desired. The artwork immediately started to flake off and fade after the first wash. Due to the poor quality of the shirts, we had many complaints about the quality from our customers.

I would give it zero stars if I could. This was the worst experience I could have. After constant emails sent about the sweatshirts I was ready to order I found out that the man I had been emailing was fired and nobody was getting his old emails. After contacting another person I was able to place my order. This was were I thought the trouble would end but it didn't. They were around a month late on printing my sweatshirts and didn't have a time I could pick them up. After setting a time out and they promised me the sweatshirts would be done I came to pick them up and they were not done instead
