I have been letting properties through Wrights for the last 21 years and have found them honest, hard working ,reliable and very professional
They have found me some excellent tenants over the years most of which have stayed with me for 3 to 5 years and have looked after the property which as a Landlord is a major factor when letting
I cannot speak highly enough of Paul, Catherine and the team and unlike many letting agents the same people are still working in Wrights after all these years and that in itself says something
I would recommend Wrights to all Landlords

Not living in the local area means I need a good Lettings Agent for my property. I spoke to a few in my search and it’s Wright Residential who aced the requirements. They were engaging and responsive, taking the time to understand the local area of my property and how best to market it. They answered all of the queries I had, which of course there were plenty. I needed a little renovation work doing which was also a breeze, given they have excellent tradesmen on their books to cover all bases. Work was scheduled in quickly and executed to the highest

Very happy with the excellent team at Wright Residential. They have sorted everything out from finding a tenant, finding a decorator, picking keys up, fixing repairs to having professional cleaners in. They keep you in the loop every step of the way and are very helpful if you have any questions or queries. A very professional and approachable team.
