My insurance referred this business to tow my car , so I was trucking the time and it says 2 hours to 2 h and 30 min to be at the location waited the entire time and only 30 min left I gotta text of revising the time to an other 2 hours ! So I call the guy and he was so rude and his attitude of who cares about your time . I don’t recommend this business to anyone that his time is valuable and like to be treated with respect . I definitely canceled his service

Luke's Towing and Repairs towed my vehicle and dropped it off at the wrong place of business and provided them with my only set of keys. I have not been able to get into my vehicle for over 3 days due to the place of business they gave my keys to is not open.
Luke's Towing and Repairs experience started with a very unprofessional call from their employee who seemed upset that he had to even work in the first place. The driver ended up hanging up on me in mid-sentence.

This company was there 10 minutes after the call when we called road side assistance. I was told it would be an hour and he showed up and deliver our car within the time he was supposed to be on his way to us. Very profesional and we will definitely use. LUKE'S TOWING SERVICE AGAIN!!

Broke down on side of 95 at a rest area ramp around 5pm on xmas eve! They came quickly to my rescue. Slightly more than id want to spend, but all things considered, they were my Godsend! Had them tow me and the vehicle to my home,and felt very comfortable with the driver.
Let me just say, the driver is VERY skilled at his job, and knows how to tow AND,park it just right.
