Jason and his crew did a great job filling in an abandoned 13 ft deep cistern we found on our property. It had some additional piping they removed as well as preserved the sump pump discharge pipe allowing it to still act as a drainage pit. The pricing was fair and the job ended up costing less than the estimate.

I contacted MBS to resolve a sinkhole issues caused by my septic system. Jason quickly contacted me and scheduled time to come out and look at my situation. He was upfront and honest with his evaluation. The communication was excellent. Jason kept me abreast of any scheduling change caused by rain. We had an emergency issue in our backyard and needed help with a backhoe quickly. Jason called me back within 5 minutes and hopped on FaceTime to survey the situation and strategize on how we could remediate it quickly. The owner, Jason, was recommended to me by my awesome landscaper. Jason is a super nice guy, and really easy to communicate with. To be honest, one of the nicest contractors I've had the pleasure of dealing with! We are about to buy & install a nice playground set for our child, and wanted to be sure our yard was level in the spot where we wanted to put it. After Jason & his colleague Chris took their time with me to measure the area, and then we kept trying different spots, he told me that the final spot we all agreed on was already fairly level, and he really didn't need to do anything. I highly recommend Mini Backhoe Services. Our yard was in rough shape after the previous owner incorrectly filled in a pool, sloping it towards the house. Jason and his team came in and made sure that our yard was no longer sloping towards the home (which helped our wet basement). In addition, they gave us more flat, useable land than I expected. They met all of our needs, seeing the job all the way through. Jason is professional and genuinely cares about the quality of his work. He is responsive and extremely easy to work with. We would be glad to use him and his team again in the future.
